We have here two kinds of systemic true pathogenic fungi :Coccidiodomycosis and Histoplasmosis
The first one is endemic in soil and it`s hepatitis in America and growth at alkaline PH.
It attacked the body by the lungs , means the 1st infection (lungs) .
This fungus is (Coccidiodes immitis)is thermaldimorphic
At 25C forms mycelia phase but at 37C forms tissue phase (yeast phase)
The symptoms`s disease:Headache and swelling eyes.
Populations: men > women
That fungs forms fruit body, it opened by rians and the spores spreads (reason of infection and mode of transmission)
The 2nd one is :Histoplasma capsulatum
Divide to : var.capsulatum (in America)
Var.dubiosii(African)
The perfect state : Emonseilla
As I`ve said before the 1st target is lungs and 2nd one is skin
Generally: the lungs infection causes death of the sick persons.
Treatment:5_flourocytosine
